Cassie- Hi, everyone, yesterday is  an  easy day, but I still really tired.  We came to the swing in the morning, unfortunately, I didn’t enough brave for trying it, however, most people did it. Then, we couldn’t raft because of the weather, which is extremely disappointed me. We drove down and went to a town. In the afternoon, we had beach which is fun and comfortable. The sea is very beautiful, I walked around and look at my classmates. I feel peaceful and satisfied.    Jersey- H ey guys! Yesterday was one of the most relaxing and easy days we have had so far. We woke up, ate a delicious breakfast, and hiked straight to the Tarzan Swing. After that, we packed up the rest of our stuff from our rooms and headed out on the back of a pickup truck to our bus. Once we were on the bus we made our way to a beach about 5 minutes away from Almonds and Corals. We bought some handmade bracelets and necklaces that we had on the beach, and then right after jumped into the warm waters. We  then hea

We not gonna let the rains bring down our Pura Vida..!! So instead than Snorkell we visited to the Animal Rescue Center...!!!

It’s 7:30 in the morning and everybody is up, in their Costa Rican typical breakfast, and ready for a new adventure. Today Snorkell and surfing is on our bucket list.

We made it, all the way to the caribbean south of Costa Rica...!!!

Gavin – We started our journey to the Pacuare Outdoor center by white water rafting to the place that we will be sleeping at for the next two nights. The river was absolutely amazing. Rafting s like being on a roller coaster, but better. Late that day we zip lined through the canopy and even over a river. Today we went hiking to an indigenous village. The hike as long and wet because f the rain but sliding around in the mud was fun. Everything got dirty.  J   Eli- We have been at the Pacuare Outdoor center for the past 2 days  we have rafted zip lined hiked and did service in only 2 days I am so excited for what’s come. P.S how are the Yankees?     Owen- Yesterday we drove to the white water rafting location by fitting 20 people on a pickup truck. After that, we rafted for about an hour to arrive at the eco-lodge. Today we hiked 4+ hours to do some service for a native village. The hike up the mountain was okay but it started pouring in the middle of our service. I fell three times goi

Abby- Hi everyone it’s a wonderful, beautiful day in Costa Rica. I am at the homestays; my homestay’s mom name is Kimby. And she has two daughters and a husband. We are getting ready to do service today, and later there is a Fiesta where I will be busting a move. It is very early, 8:31 to be exact. I usually don’t wake up until 11, so this is very unusual to me. The food is great, it’s all homemade and organic. I’ve had chicken, rice, and beans for pretty much all my meals. It’s pretty darn good. I’m excited to play soccer and break EVERYONES ankles. Soccer is love, soccer is life. I BELONG.   Gavin – Costa Rica is beautiful. You could take one step out of your second home and have the most amazing view of all of the mountains and greenery. All of the houses and parents are nice and welcomed us into their homes with open arms. Our house is so open to natures you feel like you are outside. This is because most if the house is outside! I am existed for many new adventures on this

The Watkinson group has arrived and all are happy and well. We stopped for a nice filling plate of rice and beans and are now on our way to the village. Stay tuned more pics to come! PURA VIDA!
